Elaine's career in investor communications spans 40 years as a writer and editor for several of Canada's leading business newspapers. More recently, she formed her own company, Wyatt Strategic Communications, to use her journalist's insight to provide strategic communications consulting to diverse clients in Canada and the United States. In this role, she works with senior Canadian public companies to improve the quality of their communications with investment analysts, institutional investors and retail shareholders. Her clients include ARC Resources, Viterra, Cascades, High Liner Foods, Finning International, Superior Plus, Enbridge, Canadian Tire, Canadian Oil Sands, Teck Resources, Cameco, Air Canada and CAE.
She is the former director of business development at The Financial Post, The Globe and Mail and the Financial Times of Canada. Elaine is also the author of four books, including The Money Companion and The Money Book and Bank, a book about money for children.
