Each screen will have a question and a number of answers. Once an answer (or answers) has been selected, click on the button to continue on to the next question.

If you would like to go back to a previous question or screen, click on the button.

Clicking on the 'PRINT' button before completing the survey will print the complete list of questions and possible answers. Clicking on 'PRINT' after completing the survey will print all the questions, possible answers, your answers, and some helpful investing comments.
