The Ontario Securities Commission issues investor alerts to warn you about possible harmful or illegal activity. The OSC also keeps a warning list of companies or individuals performing activities that may pose a risk to you as an investor. Publishing investor alerts and warnings is part of the OSC’s mandate to protect investors and the integrity of our markets. You should always check the registration of any person or business trying to sell you an investment or give you investment advice.
